Job responsibilities:

Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members to improve the overall user experience.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
