About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships while working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

Identify and connect with potential B2B clients across target industries.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and market research.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable business solutions.

Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth onboarding of new clients.

Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution.

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

Support the implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.

Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and revenue performance.

Track progress against sales targets and KPIs.

Share insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
