Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations from the Head Office. The role involves ensuring efficient inventory management, stock movement, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, process optimization, and compliance across all warehouse locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency while maintaining inventory accuracy and service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning across all warehouse locations.

Develop and implement warehouse SOPs, processes, and operational controls.

Monitor warehouse productivity, storage utilization, and operational efficiency.

Ensure timely receipt, storage, dispatch, and delivery of goods.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

Conduct periodic inventory audits and physical stock verification.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.

Logistics & Dispatch Management

Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery of products.

Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.

Optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines.

Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward stock movement.

Team Management

Lead and supervise warehouse supervisors and operational staff.

Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to operational guidelines.

Conduct training programs and performance reviews.

Manage workforce planning and resource allocation.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain warehouse performance metrics and reporting systems.

Implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with procurement, sales, finance, and supply chain teams.

Manage relationships with transporters, vendors, and service providers.

Ensure timely resolution of operational and logistics issues.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.

Monitor KPIs related to inventory, dispatch, logistics, and warehouse productivity.

Present operational updates and improvement plans to management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Retail, E-commerce, or Distribution businesses preferred.

Experience managing multiple warehouses and large inventory volumes is an advantage.
