We are seeking a motivated and organized Account Coordinator to support security operations at YYT Airport. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both clients and employees.
As an Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Account Manager, overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring the successful delivery of security services. You will work closely with supervisors, frontline employees, and our airport client to ensure operational excellence and adherence to GardaWorld's core values.

Account Coordinator Responsibilities
Report directly to the Account Manager
Attend client meetings as required and support client relationship management
Validate and review payroll for the site
Assist in overseeing daily security operations at YYT Airport
Keep supervisors informed of operational updates and pertinent information
Maintain accurate employee records, including training, performance reviews, time-off requests, certifications, and document expiration dates
Support scheduling, staffing, and operational planning as required
Lead and support on-site teams in alignment with GardaWorld's core values and operational standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards
Assist with investigations, incident reporting, and follow-up actions when required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Account Coordinator Qualifications
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC and Transport Canada Security Clearance in a timely manner
Current RAIC and/or Transport Canada Security Clearance is considered an asset
Previous supervisory or managerial experience is considered an asset
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
