About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Training Executive to support the organization's learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, preparing monthly and annual training calendars, coordinating with managers and employees, conducting behavioral and soft-skill training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.
The role requires strong communication, presentation, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure employees receive the necessary training to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual training calendars.
Conduct training programs on topics such as Time Management, Email Etiquette, Communication Skills, Professional Behavior, Workplace Ethics, Teamwork, and Productivity.
Coordinate with department heads and managers to identify training requirements.
Develop training schedules and ensure timely execution of planned programs.
Organize internal and external training sessions as per business requirements.
Training Need Analysis
Identify skill gaps through discussions with managers and employees.
Gather training requirements from various departments.
Recommend suitable learning interventions based on organizational needs.
Training Coordination
Coordinate training logistics, attendance, nominations, training materials, and feedback collection.
Ensure smooth execution of training sessions and workshops.
Act as a bridge between employees, managers, and trainers.
Content Development
Prepare presentations, training materials, handouts, and learning resources.
Customize training modules based on organizational and departmental requirements.
Support onboarding and induction training programs for new employees.
Evaluation & Reporting
Conduct post-training assessments and collect participant feedback.
Measure training effectiveness and prepare impact reports.
Maintain training records, attendance data, certificates, and documentation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and training dashboards for management review.
Employee Development
Support employee growth initiatives and career development programs.
Encourage a learning culture within the organization.
Assist in performance improvement and capability-building initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong facilitation and public speaking abilities.
Good knowledge of soft skills and behavioral training.
Ability to design and manage training calendars.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Corporate Training.
Experience conducting soft-skills and employee development programs will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
