The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance activities. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct joining formalities and documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
Facilitate employee induction and onboarding.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with outlets/departments for attendance data.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information.
Follow up on bank details, PF, ESIC, and statutory documentation.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and concerns.
Support employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain employee files and statutory records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate medical fitness tests and other compliance requirements.
Support audits and inspections by maintaining necessary documents.
HR Operations
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Track employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and full & final settlements.
Coordinate with managers and department heads on HR-related matters.
Support performance management and training initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in hospitality, retail, or service industries is an added advantage.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Understanding of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS systems.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
