About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support the recruitment and HR operations functions for our restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, candidate coordination, and basic HR administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (70%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant outlets and corporate positions as assigned.
Handle bulk hiring requirements within stipulated timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Operations (30%)
Prepare and issue Offer Letters, Appointment/Joining Letters, Warning Letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Handle attendance management and coordinate with concerned departments for attendance-related matters.
Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Support HR compliance and day-to-day administrative activities.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and documentation requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Experience in bulk hiring will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
