Job Description:

Benda Infotech is looking for a dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, working in a fast-paced environment during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels

Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly

Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability

Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer closures

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies

Ability to work in US night shift

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Monster, Dice, etc. is a plus

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
