Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must have experience in either machine manufacturing companies OR HR staffing/consulting firms, with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across functions

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Identify and engage passive candidates through headhunting and market mapping

Conduct initial screenings and HR interviews

Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth hiring processes

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Handle salary negotiations and offer closures

Track recruitment metrics such as TAT and offer-to-join ratio

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Stay updated on market trends and hiring practices

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Experience in either Machine Manufacturing Industry OR HR Staffing / Recruitment Consulting firms

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience hiring for engineering or manufacturing roles

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Strong networking and headhunting skills
