We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our clients' hiring needs and contribute to the growth of our recruitment consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for client and internal hiring requirements.

Understand client hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and professional networks.

Screen and shortlist candidate profiles against job specifications.

Conduct preliminary telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Ensure timely closure of positions within defined turnaround times.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring requirements.

Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Coordinate offer management, salary discussions, and onboarding formalities.

Develop strong relationships with clients and provide regular hiring updates.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Experience in consultancy recruitment or handling multiple hiring mandates will be preferred.

Skills Required

Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Work Location: Mumbai (In-Person)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
