Qualifications - Any Graduate
Experience - 1 to 1.5 years in recruitment
Job Description :
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials when required.
Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
Issue offer letters and manage the joining process.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and background verification activities.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and recruitment events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
Stay updated with industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
