We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing hiring to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for digital marketing and affiliate marketing positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing roles.

✅ Hire for positions including:

Affiliate Managers

Media Buyers

Performance Marketers

SEO Specialists

PPC Specialists

Content Writers

Social Media Executives & Managers

Account Managers

✅ Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

✅ Source quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and niche talent communities.

✅ Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for technical competencies and cultural fit.

✅ Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.

✅ Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring metrics, and talent pipelines.

✅ Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

✅ Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Eligibility CriteriaMust-Have Requirements

✔ Minimum 4+ years of recruitment experience.

✔ Proven experience hiring for Digital Marketing roles.

✔ Mandatory experience in Affiliate Marketing recruitment.

✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

✔ Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing functions, tools, channels, and KPIs.

Experience in hiring for SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing, Content, and Social Media roles.

Ability to manage both niche and volume hiring requirements.

Proven track record of successfully closing a minimum of 4 positions per month.

Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
