About the role
Job Title: HR Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates from the company's database.
Assess candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interview feedback.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional phone etiquette.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Ability to assess candidate suitability and provide feedback.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
