About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, invoicing, banking transactions, reconciliations, vendor payments, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime, GST invoicing, bank reconciliation, and government portals such as GEM and ICEGATE.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Invoicing
Generate tax invoices for machine sales, spare parts, AMC contracts, and service activities through Tally Prime.
Prepare proforma invoices and purchase orders.
Record purchase entries, cash entries, and vendor invoices accurately in Tally.
Maintain debtor records and monitor outstanding receivables.
Ensure proper accounting documentation and record maintenance.
Banking & Reconciliation
Perform daily bank reconciliations.
Handle RTGS, NEFT, Demand Drafts, and banking documentation.
Coordinate with banks for routine financial transactions and account-related activities.
Government Portals & Compliance
Manage transactions on GEM Portal, ICEGATE Portal, and E-Way Bill Portal.
Upload invoices, bank guarantees, and related documents on GEM Portal.
Process customs duty payments and import-related documentation through ICEGATE.
Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements.
Vendor & Operational Support
Generate Purchase Orders for vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Logistics, and Regional Teams for invoicing and expense management.
Track Airway Bills (AWB) and logistics documentation.
Manage courier bookings and administrative documentation.
Required Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of Tally Prime ✔ Experience in GST invoicing and accounting processes ✔ Bank reconciliation and banking operations experience ✔ Hands-on experience with GEM Portal and ICEGATE Portal ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ✔ Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or Commercial Operations.
Experience in Medical Equipment, Healthcare, Scientific Instruments, Trading, Distribution, or Import-Export industries is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
