Production Planner

Job Summary

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and maintain master production schedules for assigned product families to support customer demand and business objectives.

Prepare and manage Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), monthly production plans, and weekly build schedules.

Monitor execution of production plans, proactively identifying risks and resolving potential issues to minimize disruption.

Analyze backlog, current, and forecasted orders to prioritize and sequence production activities effectively.

Track production progress to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Assess delays or interruptions and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.

Plan and prioritize operations to maximize efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce lead times.

Determine manpower, equipment, and material requirements to support production demand.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Degree/ Diploma in related field with minimum 2 to 3 years working experience.

Practical experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of production planning concepts, capacity planning, and material requirements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, and manage multiple activities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for analysis, planning, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Experience using Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

Exposure to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

Ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement in planning and execution.

Experience supporting multiple product families or complex manufacturing operations.
