Job Summary

You will work across a wide range of specialist clinics and services, helping to deliver high quality care and a smooth patient experience throughout the department. The role includes patient assessments, wound care, minor procedures, clinic coordination and contributing to the day to day running of outpatient clinics across multiple specialties. This is a 37.5 hour per week position working Monday to Saturday on a rota basis, with a mixture of early, late and long day shifts between 7:30am an

Main duties of the job

Support consultant led outpatient clinics to help deliver a positive patient experience Coordinate patient flow to help clinics run smoothly and efficiently Deliver high quality patient centred nursing care across multiple specialties Support with wound care, dressings and minor procedures Work closely with Consultants and multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective care Carry out patient assessments, observations and clinical documentation Maintain high standards of patient safety, dignity and confidentiality Participate in training and ongoing professional development
