What’s the role?

You’ll lead a team of Mobile Home Finance Managers across your area, driving lending growth and supporting them to deliver outcomes for customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a competitive lending environment. You’ll set direction, support day-to-day performance, and build referral networks to grow your lending pipeline.

Your focus will be on:

Leading a team of lenders to deliver personalised lending solutions

Driving lending performance and business development activity across your region

Building and maintaining referral partnerships to generate new business

Coaching lenders to improve capability, consistency, and results

Setting a clear standard for customer experience and team performance

You’ll work across the business to identify new opportunities and maintain a consistent approach to service and growth.

What do I need?

You’ll bring leadership experience in lending and be comfortable leading in a performance focused environment.

Experience leading lenders or sales teams in home lending or banking

Strong understanding of residential lending and customer needs

Proven ability to build and grow lending pipelines through networks and referrals

Ability to coach and develop individuals to lift performance

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and delivering outcomes

You’ll also be confident building relationships, identifying opportunities in your market, and supporting your team to perform.
