Manager – Process Transformation
Leads process transformation initiatives by combining AI-driven solutioning, strategic consulting, and process excellence to deliver measurable business outcomes and enhanced customer/employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Digital Solutioning
Identify, shape, and prioritize AI and automation use cases aligned to business strategy and value realization.
Translate business problems into scalable AI-enabled solutions , partnering with data, technology, and delivery teams.
Drive adoption of emerging technologies to simplify, automate, and reimagine processes.
Consultative Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders; influence decisions through insight-led recommendations.
Facilitate strategic discussions to define priorities, roadmaps, and execution sequencing.
Lead cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement across business, operations, and technology.
Process Transformation & Optimization
Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end processes aligned to customer experience, risk, and compliance requirements.
Apply data-driven insights to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and deliver sustainable improvements.
Champion simplification, standardization, and automation at scale.
Execution & Change Management
Lead or support delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes, timelines, and adoption targets are met.
Drive change management , including stakeholder alignment, communications, training, and sustainment.
Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting , addressing risks and issues proactively.
Governance & Risk
Ensure solutions and processes comply with risk, regulatory, and governance standards .
Apply sound judgment and risk management practices aligned with enterprise frameworks.
Collaboration & Capability Building
Build strong partnerships across internal/external stakeholders.
Contribute to process transformation capability uplift , best practices, and knowledge sharing.
Stay current on industry, AI, and process innovation trends .
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in process transformation, consulting, or business optimization
Proven experience in AI/automation use case identification and solutioning
Strong knowledge of business analysis, process design, and project delivery
Demonstrated consultative leadership and stakeholder influence skills
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Solid understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salary :
$69,000.00 - $129,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
