Support first-party, new-to-bank deals across Victoria

What do I need?

Experience in Business Banking lending

Ambition, confidence, and exceptional people skills

Ability to build networks and manage conversations with ease

Proven track record in new business acquisition and account management

Experience managing B2B partnerships

Passion and drive to make a real impact on local businesses
