ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a big thinker who can turn a creative concept into something bigger. You'll take quarterly campaigns and brand territories and transform them into 3D retail environments; disruptive, surprising, and totally on-brand. This is about building theatre. Creating moments that stop customers in their tracks and make them feel something.

You'll work at the intersection of creative concept and commercial execution — as comfortable obsessing over a new substrate or installation idea as you are cross-checking POS against a product range.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the POS calendar and process, managing budget, timelines and deadlines, ensuring signage and pricing accurately matches product ranges and briefs, checking artwork and keeping everything updated as things evolve

Develop creative concepts into fully realised in-store experiences — 3D objects, unexpected materials, immersive brand worlds

Collaborate with Designers and Art Directors to turn retail windows into genuine traffic-stoppers

Extend that thinking into events and activations beyond the store

Stay ahead of trends in retail signage, substrates and in-store innovation

Work closely with Product and VM teams to wrap store experience around the visual merchandising strategy

WHO YOU ARE

A creative thinker with a love for retail, space and storytelling

Genuinely excited by materials, fabrication and unexpected executions

Experienced in a VM, creative brand or retail design role

Highly accurate and organised — you can hold the vision and the detail at the same time

A strong collaborator who can influence across teams

Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office

Experience in 3D software such as SketchUp, Cinema 4D or similar is looked upon favourably
