About the role

Role: Desktop Support Engineer- EUC

Location: Marina Bay Financial Centre, Tower 3, SINGAPORE-018982

Rate: SGD 36,000 to SGD 42,000 Gross Annual salary

Key Requirements:

Experience managing 200+ users onsite.

Strong knowledge of OS imaging & Auto Pilot

Experience in ticket management (SNOW is an added advantage), including handling incidents and service requests

Knowledge of TP support and meeting room setups

Experience in VIP support

Spare stock management at site

Vendor management

Understanding of the procurement process for IT equipment

Asset management

Antivirus management

Proficiency in English and the local language is mandatory

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
