We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer – AI Applications (Java/React) with strong experience in backend and frontend development, along with a solid foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, build AI-powered solutions, enhance analytics capabilities, and contribute to the evolution of next-generation intelligent procurement experiences leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and modern cloud technologies.

Principal Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java-based technologies (JDK 17+).

Build backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.

Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.

Collaborate with upstream and downstream application teams to ensure seamless system integrations and data flow.

Work with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Enhance, maintain, and modernize the JAGGAER Analytics platform and related reporting capabilities.

Integrate with Tableau Reporting Platform using Tableau REST APIs and other reporting services.

Build AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.

Develop intelligent workflows using Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.

Design prompts, structured outputs, tool/function calling workflows, and AI orchestration pipelines.

Develop features such as AI copilots, research assistants, recommendation engines, chatbots, workflow automation, and NLP-driven capabilities.

Contribute to multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and autonomous workflow execution.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI system quality using observability, evaluation, and performance monitoring techniques.

Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.

Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, static code analysis, and SonarQube best practices.

Collaborate effectively with globally distributed Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.

Position Requirements:

1 to 3 years of experience in software development with strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.

Experience developing enterprise applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.

Experience building frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including SQL querying and database interactions.

Understanding of API integrations, enterprise system connectivity, and distributed application architectures.

Exposure to Generative AI concepts and experience integrating LLM-powered capabilities into applications.

Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, AI orchestration, prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.

Experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or similar technologies.

Knowledge of multi-agent systems, workflow automation, and AI evaluation techniques.

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.

Experience building AI copilots, autonomous agents, deep research assistants, chatbots, workflow automation systems, or AI-powered SaaS products.

Familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation platforms.

Knowledge of AWS cloud services, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience working with Snowflake and modern data platforms.

Knowledge of SonarQube and application quality management practices.

Familiarity with Data Source Manager (DSM) concepts, configuration, and integration within analytics and reporting ecosystems.

Exposure to procurement, analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
