Acts as the key technical interface between the company and customers, supporting commercial growth through technical expertise in biocides and related solutions
Partners closely with the Sales Manager in customer engagement, contributing to business development by providing in-depth technical discussions and portfolio presentations
Ensures successful execution and follow-up of product evaluations by the customers. Provide technical services, reinforcing customer confidence and long-term partnerships
Deliver tailored technical training sessions to customers, enhancing product knowledge and application best practices
Conduct plant audits to identify contaminations, ensure correct product usage, and improve operational cleaning efficiency
Coordinate and monitor laboratory testing programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations
Follow up closely with lab teams to track progress, validate results, and ensure timely execution of testing plans
Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing regular updates on testing progress and project status
Analyze results and prepare comprehensive technical reports with clear conclusions and recommendations
Present final test results and technical findings to customers, supporting decision-making and commercialization
Support technical and marketing in the value proposition evaluation of Arxada´s proposal
