EHS Engineer - Site Based

PM Group currently has an excellent opportunity for an EHS Engineer – Site based with 3+ years’ relevant experience. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise within a highly regulated manufacturing environment while contributing to a growing and dynamic team.

Location: Kildare

:

Support and maintain site EHS management systems in line with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 and regulatory requirements

Conduct risk assessments and exposure monitoring across physical, chemical and ergonomic hazards

Lead / support Industrial Hygiene programmes (e.g. noise, radiation, ventilation, PPE, ergonomics)

Support environmental programmes including wastewater, emissions, licensing compliance and system improvements

Coordinate and develop site safety programmes (e.g. working at height, permit systems, equipment safety)

Perform audits, inspections and compliance reviews against internal and regulatory standards

Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions

Analyse EHS data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Act as subject matter expert for assigned EHS programmes and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

:

NFQ Level 7+ degree in Environmental, Science, Engineering or related discipline (Level 8 preferred)

3+ years’ relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong knowledge of EHS management systems, compliance and risk assessment processes

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical teams

Self-driven with strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving capability

High attention to detail

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong commitment to driving a proactive EHS culture
