Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Solutions Design, Automation, and Continuous Improvement:
Identify manual, repetitive, or high-risk processes and design practical solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and control
Create and maintain technology-enabled tools and resources, including automations, SharePoint sites, knowledge tools, workflows, and other digital solutions that support internal clients
Partner with business areas to understand pain points, assess requirements, and develop creative solutions to solve operational problems and reduce manual effort
Test, implement, and enhance solutions to ensure they are effective, user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with business needs
Recommend and support technology-based improvements that strengthen knowledge sharing, operational consistency, risk reduction, and service quality
Knowledge Management Strategies:
Supports the design, implementation, and enhancement of core KM approaches used to support critical knowledge flow within and across the business and knowledge domains
Administers, supports, and influences the knowledge‐sharing technologies and processes
Consult with appropriate parties to get a clear understanding of the knowledge requirements
Collaborate with other TKM members to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement effective and interactive tools for the integration of knowledge
Create and coordinate testing of knowledge as required
Act as liaison to assigned Internal business partners. This aspect of the role is responsible for building effective and ongoing relationships so that TKM receives accurate and timely internal communication
Collaborate with Trainers to provide content and/or act as a resource for the creation of manuals, training documentation, and content audits
Engages in and supports KM‐related technology training and awareness activities. Communication.
Assist with TKM communication responsibilities for all Transfer Agency departments for all policy and procedure changes, products/services updates, and relevant news
Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness for all outgoing communications
Communication can be done via e-mail, formal presentations, and/or staff meetings
Project Management:
Represent TKM in corporate/TA projects or act as lead on TKM projects
Utilize skills such as effective team management, meeting deadlines, completing deliverables, identifying risks, completing weekly status reports, and creating supporting materials
Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of deliverables by adhering to the TKM Project Management Checklist

Work Experience / Knowledge:
1+ years of experience in the Transfer Agency required
US Business knowledge required
Thorough knowledge of the financial markets and industry
Excellent knowledge of all Invesco products/services
Knowledge of Transfer Agency departments is an asset
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
Strong facilitation skills
Demonstrates initiative and intellectual curiosity
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including formal presentation delivery
Working knowledge of Articulate 360, eGain, and Microsoft Office is an asset
Experience in technical writing is an asset
Strong research skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong commitment to continuous learning and innovation
Project management skills are preferred
Formal Education:
Previous work experience in a training and/or database administration role, or a formal Education and/or information mapping background, preferred
Post-secondary education required
Background in education preferred
Financial Industry certification or designation an asset
