Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and detail‑oriented R&D Engineer to join our air to water heat pump development design team in Vacarisses, Spain. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and product innovation.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and develop new products or improve existing ones to meet market demands.

Design, oversee the construction, and validate prototypes using various engineering principles and methodologies.

Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision‑making and product development.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2 to 4 years of experience in R&D or related engineering roles.

Proficiency in CAD tools and simulation/modeling software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX).

Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.

Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design principles.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work on‑site in Vacarisses, Spain.

Understanding of the product development lifecycle.

Innovative mindset with a passion for technological advancements.

Advanced English level, enabling independent technical discussions with international teams.
