Job Summary
The Junior Assistant Project Manager (Interior Site Executive) will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing residential interior projects. The role involves site supervision, vendor coordination, client interaction, quality monitoring, and ensuring timely project completion as per D'LIFE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with designers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Conduct regular site visits and prepare daily progress reports.
Verify material requirements, delivery schedules, and site inventory.
Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and workmanship are maintained at site.
Support client meetings, site walkthroughs, and project updates.
Identify site issues, delays, or deviations and report them to the Project Manager.
Maintain project documentation, measurement records, and handover reports.
Assist in project completion, snag rectification, and final handover activities.
Eligibility Criteria
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in interior execution or site coordination.
Ability to read drawings and understand site measurements.
Basic knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry, MEP works, and interior finishes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
