Sr. DevOps Engineer

Profile summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes. The role focuses on enabling reliable and efficient software delivery through modern DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure management, and automation.

The DevOps Engineer will collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to build and maintain robust build, release, and deployment systems. The role also involves maintaining cloud infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and driving continuous integration and continuous delivery best practices.

About the role:

· Partner with engineering, development, QA, and project management teams to plan and execute build, release, and deployment processes.

· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.

· Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.

· Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning.

· Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate applications using Kubernetes.

· Maintain and optimize build and deployment tools such as Jenkins.

· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and ensure system reliability.

· Collaborate with development teams to resolve build failures, deployment issues, and environment-related challenges.

· Automate repetitive tasks and improve DevOps workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

· Maintain version control systems and ensure proper release management processes.

· Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices including monitoring, logging, and security standards.

· Communicate release activities and deployment status with stakeholders and continuously improve the release process.

General requirements:

· BSc / BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

· 6–10 years of experience in DevOps, build and release engineering, or cloud infrastructure management.

· Strong experience working in Linux-based environments and scripting.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
