Salary & Benefits:
$3,800 – $5,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.
Verify site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.
Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.
Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.
Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.
Proficient in basic Autocad software.
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Commitment to handling construction projects.
Good communication and written skills.
Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
Compensation
This Software Engineer role pays $46k-$66k/yr. Within typical range for software engineer roles in Singapore.
