About the Role
We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer with strong React Native experience to join a growing team building modern, high-quality mobile applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working autonomously, and contributing across the full development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable making technical decisions independently, and passionate about building scalable, user-focused mobile solutions. Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude or Gemini to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and support code generation is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
Translate business and product requirements into high-quality technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to deliver features efficiently
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
Optimise application performance, reliability, and scalability
Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools, including Claude and Gemini, to improve development workflows where appropriate
Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Commercial experience developing mobile applications with React Native
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Experience with source control systems such as Git
Understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimisation, and best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
Desirable Experience
Experience using Claude, Gemini, or other AI-powered coding assistants for development and code generation
Exposure to native mobile development (iOS or Android)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Familiarity with cloud platforms and backend integrations
Experience working in Agile development environments
