About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fresher Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings while gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Coordinate onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Graduation , Psychology, or any related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
