Job Title: Production Manager Industry: Pipe / Tile Manufacturing Experience Required: 5+ Years Location: Khurda, Bhubaneswar Salary: Up to - 4.5 lpa

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager with hands-on experience in the Pipe or Tile manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall production operations, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, minimizing downtime, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.

Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet dispatch timelines.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.

Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to company quality standards.

Reduce production downtime, wastage, and operational costs.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, store, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.

Ensure proper machine handling, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.

Maintain daily production reports, inventory records, and MIS reports.

Implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Handle workforce management, shift planning, and team supervision.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and factory regulations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in Pipe or Tile industry.

Experience in production planning and process optimization.

Knowledge of plant operations, machinery, and maintenance coordination.

Ability to manage manpower and production targets efficiently.

Good problem-solving and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
