Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, site management, contractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end residential construction projects.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Handle client and stakeholder communication.
Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Prepare project reports and MIS updates.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of residential construction practices.
Project planning and execution expertise.
Team management and contractor coordination skills.
Knowledge of quality, safety, and construction regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
