The Role
Join a growing team and work closely with senior leadership
Critically analyse large datasets to drive key business decisions
Focus heavily on subscription performance to optimise billing
Improve customer retention and unlock new revenue growth opportunities
Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance and Marketing
What You'll Need
3+ years' experience in a data or analytics role
Strong SQL skills, particularly with BigQuery
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets expertise
Experience working with large datasets
An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
