Key tasks of the Job:

Facilitate and deploy global McDonald’s learning curriculums, systems, and learning tools across the organization

Design and develop effective learning solutions and training materials aligned with current operational standards and business needs

Consult and partner with relevant stakeholders to identify capability gaps and improve learning effectiveness through practical solutions

Provide learning consultation and support to enhance restaurant capability and operational performance

Plan, organize, and facilitate learning workshops and other training-related events

Specifics for the Job

5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development within retail, hospitality, or service-related industries

Strong facilitation and presentation skills across a variety of learning formats and audiences

Ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Leadership development, coaching, or facilitation certification is a plus
