About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Call prospective or existing customers using provided databases or leads, Introduce products/services and explain benefits clearly and persuasively.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify customer needs and qualify leads, Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team, Follow up on leads through callbacks or emails.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Handle objections or queries professionally and provide relevant information.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets, Maintain performance as per set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Data Entry & Reporting: Record customer details, call outcomes, and lead status accurately in CRM or spreadsheets, Provide regular reports to team leaders or managers.

Campaign Support: Support marketing campaigns by promoting offers or launching products over the phone, Participate in training sessions to stay updated on services and sales techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass)

0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Good command of language (English, Hindi, Marathi ).

Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Ms office).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
