Job Description

Plus UAE is looking for an Automation Specialist to support the development, automation, and integration of the Plus UAE Connect App and related client portal modules.

The candidate must have strong knowledge in automation workflows, AI tools, API integrations, CRM/ERP integrations, and SaaS platform development support.

This role is suitable for a developer or automation expert who can understand business modules, convert operational requirements into automated workflows, and connect different systems through APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage automation workflows for Plus UAE Connect App.

Support automation across all business modules.

Create AI-assisted workflows for sales, operations, document handling, reminders, alerts, and reporting.

Integrate APIs between portal, CRM, ERP, payment systems, email, WhatsApp, and third-party tools.

Automate lead management, client onboarding, document expiry reminders, service requests, and task assignments.

Support dashboard automation and reporting.

Work with developers to convert business requirements into technical logic.

Test and monitor automation performance.

Identify manual tasks and convert them into automated processes.

Maintain proper documentation for workflows, integrations, and automation rules.

Document expiry reminders

Service request management

CICPA / National Guard pass tracking

Vendor registration

Required Skills

Experience in automation tools and workflow builders.

Knowledge of API integrations.

Experience with CRM / ERP / SaaS platforms.

Knowledge of AI tools and AI workflow automation.

Basic understanding of web applications and backend logic.

Ability to work with developers and business teams.

Experience with WhatsApp API, email automation, and notification systems.

Ability to understand business process and convert it into automation logic.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Good documentation and communication skills.
