Base salary up to €150K annually + Equity

Working alongside ambitious, technically excellent founders building a category-defining product
💼 What will you do?
Designing, training, and deploying models that power AI search recommendations while leading and mentoring a small DS team
Developing novel algorithms that reverse-engineer LLM behaviour, owning the full ML lifecycle from research to production
Architecting scalable data and ML systems across pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and model serving
Writing and reviewing production-grade code
👤 Who we're looking for
A senior data science leader who has personally owned and scaled complex ML systems from research to production, not just overseen others who do
Deep, first-principles understanding of LLMs and AI search, with solid systems instincts across APIs, pipelines, and production infrastructure
The communication skills to translate complex technical work to executives and customers
Background in high-growth startups, top-tier tech companies, and/or research
🛠 Skills: Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, ONNX, GCP, BigQuery, FastAPI, Docker, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama
