About the role

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in selling IT solutions and services within the Banking or FinTech domain. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationship skills, business development experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Banking and FinTech sector.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Present and promote IT solutions, software products, and technology services to prospective clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for successful project execution.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Technology Solutions Sales.

Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech clients.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Experience in lead generation, business development, and account management.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

Pay: ₹33,618.14 - ₹57,317.97 per month
