We are looking for a Quality Manager (QM)
The objective of the quality manager (QM) is to implement tasks from the quality strategy which the quality manager head (QMH) has finalized with the responsible management groups.
In particular, the focus lies on improving and maintaining a functioning quality management system and on ensuring a high level of product and process quality (especially for manufacturing).

The quality manager provides advice with regard to the quality management system and quality methods (quality assurance measures for manufacturing) and supports all interpersonal units involved within their area of responsibility in all issues relating to the improvement process, required change management, standardization for processes and products, as well as standards and rules. In individual instances, they support standalone projects which are executed within the context of quality task force. With their advice and together with the units involved, they ensure that the measures resulting from audits, revisions, Non-Conformance Costs (NCC) Management, continuous improvement (Lessons Learned), Complaint Management, etc. have a long-term effect.
Establishing and maintaining a suitable, effective, and efficient quality management system within Siemens Mobility and ensuring its continuous improvement
Fostering continuous improvement and interpersonal development to achieve business
Incorporating all other management systems (environmental protection, occupational health and safety, product safety, and so on) into the management system of Siemens Mobility.
Using appropriate methods (such as audits and KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and application of the quality management system.
Performing coordination activities within the management system framework
Developing proposals for quality policy and targets for Mobility management
Preparing system documentation in processes, regulations, interpersonal structure
Coordinating external certification audits
Coordinating and conducting internal audits and action tracking
Conducting management reviews at Mobility level and assessing the effectiveness of the system
Promoting the vital quality management qualifications
Handling, updating and improving process landscape of the organizations
Introducing global standards and driving forward the Siemens quality culture based on seven strategic principles of quality management.
You’ll win us over by:
You have bachelor’s degree in engineering.
You carry 7-10 years of experience as Quality Professional/ Quality manager in organization. Preferred experience in establishing and maintaining QMS in Railway/Automotive sector
You are fluent in English and having exposure to work in International environment
You are ready as individual contributor in Center of competence environment with strong stakeholder management
Knowledge of Quality standards ISO 9001 and QMS terminologies.
Knowledge of Quality Methods: Principles and Applications
Experience in application of Quality tools, methods for RCA, Improvement
Experience in carrying Audits, Lead auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 required
Experience in Other management system standard preferred (ISO 27001, IMS, IRIS, IATF)
Experience of working in Project environment with cross country teams.
