Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Territory Manager to join our growing Sales team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to make an impact in the fast‑growing geospatial sector.
With a strong background in solution‑led sales, you’ll confidently communicate the Murphy Geospatial value proposition and act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our innovative solutions.
You’ll enjoy a varied, client‑focused role with regular travel across the London region, supported by a hybrid working model and comprehensive training to accelerate your long‑term development.
What You Will Do:
Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and developing new opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
Represent Murphy Geospatial at client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation
Collaborate with the Bid Management Team to analyse key information throughout the bidding process
Research and pursue new leads to support ongoing business development
Accurately record activities and maintain data in the company CRM system
Work with senior team members to support delivery of key performance plans and strategic objectives
Partner with sales teams and estimators across departments to deliver bundled, multi-disciplinary service offerings
Provide weekly reports on activity, pipeline movement, and progress against targets
What You Will Bring:
3–5 years’ experience selling solution-led propositions into the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory
Willingness to travel frequently across the London region
Full UK driving licence
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Right to work in the UK
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
