Validate monthly budget uploads, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial forecasts

Support year-end audit processes, including inventory counts and responding to auditor requests

Partner cross-functionally to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data capture

Strengthen and execute internal control processes to maintain compliance and safeguard financial operations

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support ad hoc analysis during month-end and year-end cycles

What You’ll Bring

Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation or active enrollment is considered a plus

3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a corporate or fast-paced environment

Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting

Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS), and financial data analysis techniques

Experience working with large datasets to perform variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibilities
