About the Role

To support the development of embedded systems and firmware solutions used in industrial products and automation applications.

The role involves firmware development, embedded hardware integration, technical problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop embedded firmware solutions.

Support embedded hardware and firmware integration activities.

Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain low-level drivers, firmware modules, and communication interfaces.

Perform debugging, testing, and root-cause analysis of system issues.

Collaborate with hardware, software, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Support product validation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

9–12 years of experience in embedded firmware development.

Strong programming experience in Embedded C.

Experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and real-time software development.

Familiarity with debugging tools and laboratory equipment.

Understanding of hardware-software integration and system-level troubleshooting.

Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industrial automation, motion control, or related products.

Familiarity with industrial communication technologies.

Exposure to embedded cybersecurity or secure firmware development practices.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
