Digital & Web Designer

We are a premium outdoor living brand and we are looking for a talented Digital & Web Designer to lead the visual direction of our digital presence and help elevate the customer experience across every touchpoint.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands luxury, clean design, and marketing performance. You will not only make things look beautiful. Your focus will be on strong creative execution, brand consistency, and thoughtful digital design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Design & Optimization

The website will be your highest priority. You will continuously review our website to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, page clarity, visual flow, and lead generation.

Responsibilities include:

Designing modern, high-end layouts for new website pages and landing pages

Creating visual concepts for new pages, features, and updates

Improving the overall user experience across desktop and mobile

Making design recommendations based on customer behavior, performance, and brand positioning

Paid Ad Creative & Lead Generation

You will design visual assets for Google, display, and paid social campaigns with a strong focus on performance and brand quality.

Responsibilities include:

Creating high-converting ad graphics for digital campaigns

Developing strong visual hooks, headlines, and creative concepts

Collaborating with the marketing team to align ad creative with campaign goals

Reviewing performance results and updating designs based on what is working

Maintaining a premium and consistent brand image across all campaigns

Email Newsletters

You will design and build polished, mobile-friendly email newsletters using Beefree and keeping brand consistency across B2B, B2C, and company communications

Presentations & Print Materials

As needed, you will support the team with premium presentations and occasional print materials.

Responsibilities include:

Designing sales decks and corporate presentations in Canva (or AfterEffect)

Supporting occasional print projects such as brochures & event materials

Using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator for print or more advanced layout needs

Required Experience

The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong experience in web design, landing page design, and UX/UI design

Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools

A strong portfolio showing clean, modern, premium, or luxury-focused design work

Experience designing digital ads, landing pages, or campaigns that support lead generation

Ability to think beyond visuals and understand how design impacts customer behavior

Proficiency with Canva for presentations and marketing materials

Experience with Beefree, or the ability to quickly learn it

Strong attention to detail, layout, spacing, typography, and brand consistency

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
