International travel to overseas factories and sourcing markets is required.

Product Development Ownership — Drive the full development lifecycle for new sheet sets and window textile products from initial concept through production, preparing and maintaining product specs, tech packs, and development tracking sheets.
Sample Coordination & Quality Review — Coordinate sample requests and follow up with overseas factories across China, Pakistan, India, and Vietnam, reviewing incoming samples with a critical design eye for color accuracy, pattern quality, print placement, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Color & Pattern Selection — Support seasonal color and pattern selection for product assortments, identifying what's visually compelling and providing clear, constructive feedback to vendors and internal teams.
Market & Trend Research — Research market trends and competitive retail assortments to inform product direction, keeping development timelines, lab dip approvals, and bulk submissions organized and on track.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Communication — Communicate clearly across internal teams including Sales, Design, and Merchandising, as well as external overseas vendors, ensuring alignment on development status, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Travel & Sourcing — Travel domestically and internationally to factories, sourcing hubs, trade shows, and retail markets as needed to support product development and vendor relationships.
