What You'll Do

This role is responsible for supporting QA efforts across ongoing development, including functional testing, regression coverage, and defect validation. Maintaining consistent QA coverage is critical to ensuring release quality, system stability, and timely delivery of enhancements.

The QA Engineer will work closely with development, product, and support teams to validate application behavior, identify defects, and ensure a high-quality user experience across all releases.

Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across applications

Create, maintain, and execute test cases for new and existing features

Identify, document, and validate defects in collaboration with development teams

Participate in sprint activities, including planning, testing, and release validation

Support end-to-end testing across integrated workflows and systems

Assist in troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, Support) to ensure quality and alignment

Experience with software QA processes, including functional and regression testing

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail

Experience documenting defects and working with development teams to resolve issues

Familiarity with test case management and QA best practices

Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, remote environment

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience in technical support or a systems-focused role

Strong understanding of application behavior and issue investigation

Basic scripting or technical aptitude (nice to have)

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Th e salary range for this position is approximately $75,000 - $80,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
