About the role
Overview Turbo Solar has been a staple in the renewable industry for more than 10 years helping families make the switch to clean energy. We’re on a mission to lower the energy bills of every homeowner, one rooftop at a time. We take pride in our efforts to help reduce emissions and create a more green environment.
We are looking to our sales team. The right individual for this position is highly motivated, self-disciplined, keen on personal development, and leveling up.
You will be able to be a part of a competitive team environment and qualify for special incentives such as trips and prizes.
Responsibilities
Educate clients on renewable energy and the benefits of going solar.
Help families qualify for our solar programs that lower their cost of electricity.
Build and present custom proposals to clients based on their energy usage with our proprietary software.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to generate leads through various channels platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
Requirements
Must be 18+ years old.
Must have a valid driver license.
Possess a high level of communication skills.

Pay: $75,632.00 - $89,506.00 per year
