Your Role:

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to generate leads.

Schedule appointments for sales and service departments.

Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion rate.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Contribute to our team's reputation as the best in the business by maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

We Need You If:

You have experience in automotive sales or a BDC role.

Familiar with Vin Solutions.

Are strong with Auto Alert.

Enjoy new car leads and finance leads.

You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

You're driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
