Role Overview:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant fresher or CA with 0–1 year experience who wants to build a long-term career in SAP FICO, finance systems, ERP implementation/support, automation, controls, and reporting.

This is not a traditional accounting role. This is a finance technology career path where your CA knowledge will help you understand business processes, accounting impact, compliance, internal controls, financial reporting, and ERP-driven transformation.

The selected candidate will be trained to become a SAP FICO Functional Consultant over time. Prior practical SAP experience is not mandatory, but strong accounting knowledge, learning ability, process orientation, and genuine interest in SAP/ERP systems are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn SAP FICO concepts, business processes, and ERP workflows.

Understand finance processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Taxation,

and Month-End Closing.

Support senior consultants in SAP FICO implementation, support, testing, documentation, and process mapping.

Assist in understanding and documenting business requirements from finance users.

Help map accounting and reporting requirements to SAP processes.

Support data validation, master data review, reconciliations, and migration-related activities.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing and scenario testing.

Prepare process notes, SOPs, test cases, issue trackers, and functional documentation.

Understand basic integration of finance with procurement, sales, inventory, and reporting processes.

Support finance users in resolving basic process or system-related issues under guidance.

Develop understanding of controls, audit trail, approval workflows, and compliance requirements in SAP.

Required Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant.

Fresher or 0–1 year of experience.

Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, costing, and financial reporting.

Good command over Excel and financial data handling.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong willingness to learn SAP FICO and ERP consulting.

Understanding of GST, TDS, AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and month-end close.

Interest in automation, analytics, dashboards, controls, and finance transformation.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
