About the role
We are actively hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Internal Audit (Risk Advisory) to join a growing and dynamic practice supporting leading domestic and multinational organizations.
Location: Mumbai / Pune Compensation: ₹20 – ₹25 LPA Experience: 7–10 Years
Eligibility:
CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA
Mandatory Experience:
Big 4 / Big 6 consulting experience
Strong background in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory engagements

Metals & Mining
Engineering & Industrial Products
Capital Goods & Process Industries
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end internal audit and risk advisory engagements
Evaluate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks
Conduct risk-based audits, operational reviews, and process assessments
Identify control gaps and recommend value-driven improvements
Manage client relationships and engage with senior stakeholders
Mentor and lead teams while supporting practice growth initiatives
What We're Looking For:
Strong expertise in Internal Controls, SOX, IFC, Governance, and Risk Management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Experience managing multiple engagements in a fast-paced consulting environment
